Victoria Ter-Sargsiova is a Key account manager at Agents for Impact, responsible for client eligibility checks, due diligence, and investment analysis for impact transactions.

Victoria is a financial sector professional with extensive experience in investor relations, fund raising, and cooperation with international financial institutions.

Earlier in her career, she worked for 8 years as a head of investor relations at Inecobank, Armenia, preceded by another 2 years of experience at an Armenian MFI, where she led funding initiatives, managed relationships with international investors and lenders, and oversaw loan agreement negotiations, reporting, and funding pipeline management. Currently Victoria also serves as a Board Member of Kamurj UCO, a microfinance institution in Armenia.

Graduated from the American University of Armenia, Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs, followed by specializing through dedicated programs in finance and banking.
