Sradha joined Agents for Impact as an Associate in April 2025 after completing her MBA in Rural Management from XIM Bhubaneswar. She has a strong interest in ESG, CSR, sustainability rating, and Social Return on Investment (SROI). During her Rural Living and Learning Experience, she conducted an in-depth study of village dynamics including demographics, infrastructure, health, migration, and culture. Her fieldwork includes projects on agro-tourism and bamboo based livelihoods in Northeast India. Sradha has also worked with the Ramky Foundation in Hyderabad, contributing to initiatives in natural resource management, health, education, and women’s empowerment. At OMLAS (One Million Leaders Asia Sustainability), she supported sustainability research, stakeholder engagement, and digital communications, including documenting success stories of climate entrepreneurs.
