Shubhangi is a Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst at Agents for Impact, where she works at the intersection of ESG, sustainability data, and automation. Her role focuses on building smarter rating and reporting processes, cleaning and structuring complex ESG datasets, and developing digital tools that make ESG performance easier to understand and genuinely useful. The goal is simple: turn sustainability data into insights that actually support SDG-aligned, impact-driven decisions.

She brings over 2.5 years of experience from her time at TCS, where she worked as a Software Engineer on API integrations, ESG analytics, and reporting initiatives. Along the way, she discovered a strong interest in breaking down messy problems, automating repetitive processes, and finding simpler, more efficient ways of working, especially when it saves time and leads to better decisions.

Shubhangi is known for her calm, methodical approach and her tendency to ask a lot of questions (usually the right ones). A self-professed perfectionist, she enjoys taking on new challenges and refining systems until they work smoothly. She’s particularly passionate about clean data, smart automation, and using both to raise the bar for ESG measurement and impact reporting.

She holds a B.Tech in Information Science & Technology and graduated as a Gold Medalist in 2023. Her working philosophy is straightforward, if data is structured well and systems are designed thoughtfully, good decisions become easier, and impact becomes scalable. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her on a mountain or a beach or somewhere in between, reading, creating content, talking (a lot), or at the gym. She brings the same enthusiasm, curiosity, and energy to her work that she does to everything else. She is fluent in English & Hindi.
