Bharat Hari Dhakalia is a lawyer with a passion for writing. In his previous roles with law firms, Bharat Hari primarily worked on general corporate matters, intellectual property rights, and media law. His work experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and offering advice to clients. He has also served as a Judicial Clerk to Justice Swatanter Kumar at the National Green Tribunal, Delhi.

Bharat Hari graduated with honours from RML National Law University, Lucknow. In addition to law, he has studied screenwriting at the Film and Television Institute of India.
