Oleg brings experience gained working in Eastern Europe, South Asia and Sub-Saharah Africa. He worked in audit in banking (Ukraine), Nigeria (fintech) and Bangladesh (legaltech, fintech and private equity companies).

Before joining Agents for Impact, he worked as an Investment Officer at a tech fund focusing on early stage, tech-platform companies in emerging markets of South Asia.

Oleg holds an MBA degree from HEC Paris and Masters in Banking (Kyiv National Economic University). He passed CFA I level and was also an ACCA member (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the United Kingdom).
