EUR 8mln debt finance to Dvara KGFS

We begin March, 2021 on a very happy note! AFI successfully facilitated and concluded loan transaction aggregating EUR 8 million from Invest in Visions GmbH (IIV) to India based MFI – Dvara KGFS. AFI handled the deal initiation, structuring and execution on behalf of IIV.

Dvara KGFS is an Indian NBFC with a unique business model, serving over 450,000 active borrowers in remote rural areas in India, with a mission to maximize financial well-being of every individual and enterprise in remote rural Indian by following a wealth management approach in providing access to a host of financial services to their customers, through a high customer touch-point model. Dvara KGFS‘s advisor for this transaction was Blend Financial Services
